Founded to honor the animal that played such a major part in Taylor, North Dakota’s heritage, from 1994 to 2018, Taylor Horse-Fest was hosted by TCA the last weekend in July in Taylor, ND. The event highlighted the the use of horses as tribute to the animal that played such a major part in Taylor, North Dakota’s heritage. It featured a non-motorized parade, crafts and food vendors, exhibitors, children’s activities, music, and local talent.
